Most pieces are made or finished to order, so shipping timelines follow the pace of handwork rather than a warehouse.
Pieces marked “made to order” on their product page are stitched, woven or dyed after you order them, within the timeframe stated on that page. Pieces marked with a specific number available are ready to ship within a few days.
Each piece is packed by hand, with care for the textile rather than for speed. Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
If a piece is delayed on the maker’s side — a common reality with small households and collectives — we’ll let you know rather than let the order go quiet.
