Returns
Handmade pieces vary slightly from their photographs — that is part of what makes them handmade, not a flaw to be corrected.
If a piece arrives damaged, or isn’t what you expected, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work out a return or exchange together.
Because many pieces are made or finished to order, some made-to-order items may not be eligible for return once work has begun — this will be stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
We’d rather resolve a problem directly than hide behind a rigid policy, so if something doesn’t fit the situations above, get in touch and we’ll figure it out.
